- Download & fill-up Immigration Form Imm 22. Visa Application Form
- Fill & print the online application form as well as online payment and acknowledgement slip via www.immigration.gov.ng
- Colored copy of applicant’s passport data page (visa page for non- Israeli’s with at least 6months Israeli resident visa).
- Letter of invitation from Nigeria accepting Immigration. Responsibilities on behalf of the applicant.
- Colored copy of the passport data page of the person inviting the applicant to Nigeria.
- Applicant’s two (2) recent passport-sized photographs measuring 52mmx52mm on a white background.
- Flight Itinerary/flight ticket.
- Bank statement of last three (3) months.
- Applicants’ standard passport with at least six (six) months validity and two (2) blank pages.
- Copy of Israeli Identity card.
- Birth certificate or marriage certificate (Notarized) for applicants accompanying spouse or parents.
