SUBJECT TO REGULARISATION (STR) VISA

  1. Formal Application for STR Visa from the Employer/Institution accepting Immigration Responsibilities.
  2. Visa application Form Imm22. Visa Application Form.
  3. Fill & print out the online application form as well as online payment and acknowledgement slip via immigration.gov.
  4. Applicant’s standard passport with at least six (6) months validity and two (2) blank visa pages.
  5. Two (2) colored passport photographs measuring 52mmx52mm against a white background.
  6. Expatriate Quota Approval
  7. Certificate of Incorporation/ Evidence of Business Permit (where applicable).
  8. Letter of offer of Appointment and Acceptance of offer.
  9. Educational qualification dully attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Education of the applicant’s country and curriculum vitae. Certificates in other Languages other than English MUST BE TRANSLATED AND NOTORIZED TO ENGLISH.
  10. Extract of Board Resolution for CEO, MDs, GMs.
  11. Three months Expatriate Quota Returns of the prospective employer (where applicable)
    NOTE: All the above-mentioned documents should be submitted in 3 sets.
