BUSINESS/EDUCATION/RELIGIOUS VISA

  1. Download & fill up Immigration form Imm. 22 Visa Application Form.
  2. Fill & print out the online application form as well as online payment and acknowledgement slip via Immigration.gov.ng
  3. Colored copy of applicant’s passport data page (and visa page for non-Israelis with at least 6 months of resident permit).
  4. Letter of invitation accepting full Immigration responsibilities and Certificate of Incorporation the company.
  5. Business permit, form CAC 07 and CAC 02 of the Company.
  6. Colored copy of the passport data page from the person inviting the applicant to Nigeria.
  7. Copy of Israeli Identity Card.
  8. Applicant’s two (2) recent passport -sized photographs measuring 52mmx52mm against a white background
  9. Flight itinerary/ flight ticket.
  10. Marriage Certificate for accompanying spouse
  11. Hotel reservation
  12. Bank statement for the last 3months
  13. Details of event/flyer for religious visa.
  14. Applicants’ standard passport with at least six (6) months validity and two (2) blank pages.
    NOTE: All the above-mentioned documents should be submitted in one set.
